  • Dining

    Shops, restaurants and cafes are located a short walk away in Manuka, Kingston and the Kingston Foreshore. Please click here for a comprehensive list of Manuka Park Staff favourites

  • Breakfast

    Agostinis is located across the road from us under the East Hotel on Giles Street and is our favourite breakfast and coffee option in the local area.

  • Emergencies

    In an emergency, dial ‘8’ and then ‘000’ from your room phone. Once emergency services are on route, please report the situation to reception by dialling ‘9’ from your room phone. A first aid kit is available from reception 24 hours a day for small first aid issues

  • Internet and Wi-fi

    Wired and wireless internet is available in all apartments and in public areas of the property. To connect, navigate to network settings on your device and select the network ‘Manuka Park Guest’. When prompted for a password, enter ‘mpaguest’.

    If you encounter any issues connecting to the network, please contact reception.

  • Canberra Corillian

    Concierge Services

    We are happy to arrange or assist you with information on local attractions and shopping in Canberra. We can also assist with arranging local transport options. A selection for brochures and maps are available from reception to help you explore Canberra.

    Printing, faxing and photocopying services are also available from reception during opening hours.

    If you would like to book a taxi for youreself, please call Canberra Cabs on 13 22 27. Taxis pull in to the top of our main driveway.

  • Snacks and Beverages

    Tea and coffee making facilities, milk and biscuits are provided free of charge to guests. These items are restocked when your apartment is serviced. Snacks and drink vending machines are also located in the underground carpark for your convenience.

  • Accounts

    Guests departing before our office opens are requested to settle their account on the previous evening. Cheques and cash payments are only accepted if prior arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit and eftpos cards.

  • Climate Control

    Remove the remote from its cradle and point it directly at the air conditioner unit. Press the ‘MODE’ button to select either ‘HEAT’ or ‘COOL’ and use the up or down button to select the desired temperature. Please note that it may take up to 5 minutes for your air conditioner to start up and change between heating and cooling modes.

  • Arrival and departure

    Check in is from 2pm and departure is 10:30am at the latest. If you need a later departure, please contact reception prior to the morning of departure. Depending on availability, we will do our best to arrange this.

  • Extra Linen

    Spare blankets and pilllows are located on the top shelf in your wardrobe. Linen will be changed once per week, depending on the length of your stay. If you would like to discuss servicing or arrange for some extra linen to be brought to your room, please contact reception during opening hours.

  • Faulty equipment

    If you encounter damaged or faulty equipment during your stay, we would appreciate you advising reception. This allows us to rectify the problem promptly and avoid disappointing future guests

  • Housekeeping

    Your apartment is serviced on weekdays. Servicing is not carried out on weekends or on public holidays. If you require additional linen, please contact reception during opening hours and we will be happy to help. Service frequency varies depending on the length of your stay. If you would like to arrange a specific day for servicing, please contact reception. There are rubbish and recycling receptacles located at the top of the main driveway for your convenience. Please note that extra cleaning charges may apply if your apartment is left in an excessively soiled condition

  • Laundry and Dry Cleaning

    Irons, ironing boards and drying racks are located in the wardrobe of your main bedroom. We also provide a laundry and dry cleaning service through an external supplier. If you would like a price list, please contact reception. For same-day service, please arrange for collection before 10am.

  • Entertainment

    Entertainment

    Your television in tuned in to all of Canberra’s free-to-air channels. In addition, it is equipped with a Google TV that allows you to access all of your favourite streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, Stan, Binge, Kayo Sports and much more. Please note that you will need to use your personal accounts to access these services. There are also DVDs and books available from reception.

  • Opening Hours

    Reception is open from 8:00am to 7:00pm on weekdays. 8:00am to 4:00pm weekends and 8:00am to 12:30pm on public holidays. For after hours emergencies, please contact our on site Duty Manager by dialling ‘9’ from your room phone of by calling the hotel on 6239 0000

  • Carpark

    Secure under cover parking is available to all of our guests. If you made a booking directly with us, parking is included in your nightly tariff. If you booked through an external provider i.e. Booking.com, please contact reception to book your parking space. General parking spaces are not allocated however if you need to use our complimentary electric vehicle charger, please contact reception to book a time slot. To access the carpark after hours, please use your room key in the yellow key box located at the top of the main driveway.

  • Swimming Pool

    Swimming Pool

    Our swimming pool is available for the use of all guests. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 9:00pm. It is the responsibility of parents or accompanying adults to supervise children while in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Noisy behaviour, food, beverages and glass are not permitted in the pool area. Pool towels are available from reception during opening hours.

  • Smoking

    All apartments and public areas are NON SMOKING. Please feel free to smoke outside on your private balcony or courtyard.

    Please note that excess cleaning charges will apply if smoke smell is detected in your apartment.

  • Gym

    Local Services

    We have a selection of local 24 hours gyms and fitness classes available to all guests.

    Baby sitting can also be arranged if you would like to have a night out without the kids.
